great location with excellent service
convenient location helpful staff good pressure
the location is really convenient, close to two metro stations and cerro san cristobal. the staff were helpful, storing my bags after checkout. i found the check-in process straightforward. the shower had good pressure, and the heating and cooling system worked well.
the bathroom was quite basic.

the room included air conditioning and a tv with multiple channels. a mini-fridge and a safe were available in the room. cleanliness was good, and the bed was very comfortable.

the rooms were spacious. i found good beds and parking to be very convenient. the room service food was excellent and easy to use, which i appreciated after a long day.
I found the bathroom to be a bit average. It could use some updating.

the hotel is close to the subway station. several cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance. i also felt the area was quite safe .

matias was helpful in accommodating an early check-in due to my flight's early arrival. belen arranged a cab to the airport for me. the staff were accommodating when i needed assistance.
